      I have been a Cal Bear member at least 10 years. The recent contact I have had with Kyle Hanson was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact info necessary to open up two Teddy Bear accounts. He has been professional, polite and informative. Great customer service.

      Wonderful experience applying for an auto loan at Cal Bear. I interacted primarily with Daniel Rincon and I have to say Daniel is an all star. He is kind, courteous, responsive, highly efficient, and fun to talk to. He was able to help me apply for my loan and get approved within 24 hours. He made the process so much more pleasant and enjoyable, and was there each step of the way I had question. The bank does have some old school formalities (ACH can't be used for the first payment), but it's understandable. Overall, had a great experience with Daniel and can only imagine he is a reflection of what the rest of the CU is like. Would highly recommend!
