      People are friendly and efficient. I haven't had to wait more than 5 minutes to be helped. It's easy to find and the hours are ok. Overall a good experience.

      Received horrible service Walked in 2 times in a good mood left both times wondering why my time was wasted and my check wasn't cashed.. 1st time had 1 customer ahead of me and there was only 1 person working... waited 30 minutes with no service.. I had to leave... 2nd time I came in I show them my check and it gets looked over and proceeds to go thru clearance by two managers... then I'm told I have to make an account and have to give them wayyyyy to much personal info...such as social security number work info and 3 personal references you must show on your phone AND reason for the check...after an hour of all this they run the check thru the machine a couple times and proceed to tell me they can't cash my check cuz where it comes from.. (which I shoulda been told in the first place) GIANT WASTE OF AN HOUR OF MY DAY wit little to no friendly customer service rendered

      I went to this location yesterday to cash a check around $10,000. The lady behind the window said that she was going to work with me. Then she starts taking my social and all my information, and then tells me it's going to cost around 1400.00$ to cash the check so I told her I don't want it cashed and plz give my check and I.d. She then refused to give my check and identification back, and then ignores me for 5 minutes while I'm sitting behind the glass trying to get my belongings back. It was very unprofessional and I do not trust this business now that they have my social security number and all my other information. She even faxed my information after I told her to give it back to me. Highly recommend not going to this place. And I am filing a complaint with the consumer complaint board.
