CCCU is the only bank I’ve ever used and have been going to this specific location around 10 years and have had nothing but amazing service. I highly recommend this place. My first time auto loan was so low when other lenders tried to offer me a new loan most literally said “Oh wow! Yeah, we can’t beat that APR.” No stupid credit card fees. Makes you feel like they actually care about you and not just doing the bare minimum job. Ive received nothing but great communication form them as well. One time I missed a fraudulent purchase on my card and they called me to let me know they were turning that card off and I could pick a new one up that day. Always willing to do everything they can, but can only do so much with all of CA laws. Never had a bad experience at any location.

Update: As of now, I have spent a total of 7 hours in the last 2 weeks with this organization to give me the run around and misplace information regarding the account... just for them to tell us that we have restart the process again. All I can say is if you want chaos and lack of coordination, this is the bank to work with. My father banked here and since his passed away they have not been at all helpful. All his other banks have been sympathetic and helped up step by step through the process. I have wasted more time dealing with different procedure, leaving voicemails, and being hung up on. I feel terrible for my mom and seeing her stress about having to call them.
