      This Branch (Credit Union) is terrible. I live in Escondido and I drove to Julian for the day and my card was declined. there system flagged a charge as fraudulent the day before and canceled my card without letting me know till I drove and hour from my house to find out my card was declined when trying to make a purchase. The charge is a monthly subscription that has been on my account for over a year, so I have no idea why it was flagged to begin with. I called and after an hour of being on and off hold, everything seemed to be ok but then they asked me my account information for a second account I have with them that I have not used in years, so because I did not have that information on me they did not reactivate my card. The next day (Friday) I went into the branch to have this corrected and the lady helping me said my card was activated again and guess what? It wasn't. Now it is Sat after hours and the only number to call for customer service that is on the back of the card is not 24 hours, regular business hours so now, I have to go back Monday morning.
