  I just had the most wonderful experience at the Hot Springs Branch of the California Coast Credit Union. I belong to another credit union which is located over 200 miles away, but I needed to do a transaction involving a bit of money that needed to be taken care of inside the credit union. I walked up to the teller and told her what was needed. She smiled asked a couple of questions and 15 minutes later I was headed home. Wow! So impressed.

  Horrible communication from this bank, they sent me to collections without a single phone call to let me know my account was over drawn. Their technology sucks too.

  All of the people at had the branch have been fabulous no and given great customer service. We had car loans through Cal Coast and had a great experience. Decided to do a refinance with them. The WORST experience ever. I had to call in several times to verify information and get updates on the status of our loan. Every time I submitted requested paperwork, they needed 7 to 10 days to process it. Kept giving excuses that they were just backed up. They claimed to have sent emails or called, but I had no record of emails and no missed calls from them on my phone. After 3 months, our refi still wasn't completed. We Decided to cancel and use a different company. Very disappointed.
