  I have been banking with this bank over 10 years, I opened my first checking account a bank called First Future inside the campus of my employer. California Coast took it over. Frankly speaking it's a good bank with a good customer service. I have never had any issue. HATTS OFF all the staff

  Very poor customer service skills....Update 1 month later having over 700 credit score This bank turned down a 20 year single working mom after giving her the run around for over a month. This is the most unprofessional place I ever encountered. As previous posts stated why are they even there. Don't be a person of color looking for a loan. Watch and Believe! Happy Juneteenth

  If I could give a no stars I would. My experience with this credit union was unwelcoming at best. My husband is a vet. We applied for a loan to downsize our trailer as he is in beginning stages of dementia. At first things seemed well. However, what I quickly learned is I did not matter to this bank at all. Stellar credit, loan approval. I was making a 4 hour trip to sign some papers, got caught in traffic and the seller of the trailer was also driving down to sign paperwork they said we could not handle any other way. The seller was one minute in the door, they would not let him sign his release unless I was there. I was 20 minutes out. They would not work with us at all. Even though we had both just driven 4 hours one way to get there. The assistant branch manager was very belittling. I would never do business with them. Maybe it was because the amount I was borrowing was not worth their time. Horrible place. I agree with some reviews that talk about unprofessional. I even said I would stay the night rent a hotel sign in the morning, if they would just allow the seller who was there to sign his release. I rarely write reviews, especially negative ones. This one is well deserved. I hope you are happy you broke our hearts just before Christmas. You're mean one mrs Grinch.
