      Honestly as of late their service has been lacking. Modified our car loan on 6/7/21, was assured everything was done correctly. Husband calls to verify before payment is due to post and what do you know, they have screwed the paperwork up entirely. No explanation, no fix. We have to wait until next week for them to correct it, at this point I don't even know if we can trust them to complete it. Meanwhile the money we were supposed to save this month with the modification isn't going to happen. Oh, and we paid $150 for the service, THAT THEY DIDN'T COMPLETE. What a joke.
