  It was a pleasure working with Dino and his team. Like any other first time home buyer, we have a lot of questions throughout the process both Dino and Mario are always there to answer them and provide support. On top of that they are genuinely good people who want to help other people. We closed yesterday and thank you, Dino and the team for helping us becoming first time homeowners!

  My husband and I were first time homebuyers. CA Coastal Loans was highly recommended to us by our agent (Monica Villalobos) with years of experience together. From the get-go, we were immediately welcomed and we felt comfortable with Dino & his team every step of the way. We worked mostly with Mario O’Brien and he is so kind & patient with all our questions and concerns as first time homebuyers. The team sent us gifts throughout the process to help us deal with the stress and celebrate the wins with us!! It was such a great surprise every time. We were blown away with their amazing customer service and super quick responses. We had updated our pre-approval quite a few times to try to optimize our loan amount. Each time they were happy to help and would get it done within the next day. Mario always took the time to make detailed videos explaining what was going on and briefing us on the paperwork side of things. Even with some hiccups with the banks, they kept constant communication and never made us worry about anything. The whole team is amazing and not only just helped us get set up with our home loan, but also gave us many tools to set us up for success. Love them so much & we highly recommend CA Coastal Loans!! Home buying is stressful enough, but Dino & his team made the loan process stress free! Thank you guys!!!
