      I was referred to Carlos of California First Home Loans from a friend of mine and I was very happy with their service. I had a very difficult loan that I got turned down from a few other brokers because my debt to income was very high. I don't know how Carlos pulled it off, but he was able to get me a great rate and closed it quicker than expected. Thank you again and I highly recommend Carlos and his company. Great job!

      For all the people who want to refinance using the services of Adela Vargas, be very careful because they will want to charge you for refinancing from 2% to 2.5% depending on how you leave them, which can be from a sum of $10,000 to $15,000. they are going to want to deceive them by telling them that they are part of the closing costs that was the story they wanted to give me, these charges are going to be able to be seen in the letter "A" of the closing cost documents it is as "origination charges" , They made me lose $740 in two credit checks and the appraisal of the property and when I saw what they wanted to charge me, I didn't want to give away $10,000 just for refinancing and from the beginning Adela Vargas told us that they didn't charge for the refinancing that the bank gave a commission, lies only
