  Great Service. Great employees. I went in this morning; because I was in a pinch. From entering the door the customer service was beyond the best. They were just great. I have never experience such great care and concern. They had a real personal touch. When they mentioned how they care about their customer, you could really see and feel the care. I will never go anywhere else than California Loan & Jewelry. Check them out they are great and their loan prices are better than any other pawn shop in Sacramento. Do not go anywhere else.

  Best pawn shop in northern California Best thing about this pawn shop is . I forgot my final date by a few weeks and I should of lost it ,when I remembered I went there and sure enough it was there waiting for me, They told just communicate with them and it's all good.   I walked into the store with a $200 audio speaker for a guitar 🎸. I talked to a guy with glasses and he claims. That they do not buy speakers. So I decided to go next door to the other pawn shop and they gladly bought them. I definitely will never go to this pawn shop again. Seems like they weren't interested in buying anything at all at all from anybody inside the store. Bad attitudes ext.
