      My experience at Call Federal is always positive, no matter which branch I visit. I primarily visit the Mayland Court location now, and previously was a regular at the Hancock Village location. All the employees are quick to respond with a smile, are very knowledgeable and helpful!

      The people that work here are very rude and unprofessional. Anytime I have a question or concern they act like it’s the end of the world and they usually do a lackluster job of helping. On several occasions I have gone into the branch physically and have told the teller to make a payment on my car or credit card, just for a notice to pop up in the mail saying I never made the payment. Of course Call Federal makes sure to point out how this was MY error and they are doing me a huge favor by correcting it. Do yourself a favor and join Virginia Credit Union. All branches handle business respectfully and professionally, the complete opposite of Call Federal.
