  Scott is the best resource I have ever worked with when buying a home. I say resource because he is more than just a mortgage broker, he has been in the industry for a long time and has pretty much seen it all. He is a great person to bounce ideas off and sanity check what you are hearing from other parties. He's also been around long enough to make good judgement calls and work independently in your best interest, on the last mortgage I did with him he went ahead and locked early and we ended up extending the lock selling back some of the cheap rate we secured. I'll be using him again and would recommend him to anyone.

  Scott has been assisting us with our home buying needs for over 10 years now. We got our home loan through him and it was a seamless and extremely pleasant experience. Scott is a consummate and extremely knowledgeable professional who provides insightful expertise, explains all the options thoroughly and does so in a friendly and easy to understand manner. What impressed me most was his integrity in looking out for the best interests of his customer which he has demonstrated on multiple occasions by advising us of options which were not going to benefit him in any way. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Scott and strongly recommend him as a trusted advisor for your mortgage needs.

  My husband and I used Callahan Mortgage for the first time several years ago and most recently for financing. Scott was professional, organized, and knowledgeable. He retained the best rate for us the first time as well as securing an even better rate when we wanted to refinance. Scott walked us through the process which means he’s patient while still able to secure our loan in timely manner. He’s an excellent mortgage broker and give him 5 stars!
