As a new buyer we were very nervous about the whole process. CalStar Realty & Mortgage is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and fantastic lender. Jasmen and her team are fast efficient and they went above and beyond to get the job done. Karmen provided complete and reliable information, the staff were helpful and informed. We had absolutely amazing experience working with them. After four years we calling them again for refinancing, They were super reliable and professional. First of all, Jasmin does NOT care to help her clients in any way. She wants her clients to buy the more expensive property so she can get the most money in the short amount of time. People like this in this world need to get more than average issues in thier life so the stop freeloading off others for thier own benefit. There are soo many other great souls in this country that care for thier cleints and offer support instead of saying, " you need to buy a 1.5 million is better for you" - Jasmin. They are like sharks that rip you off left and right. Lastly, they wasted a deposit on another client I heard an the client is taking them to court. So this is very unprofessional and we will never work we these people ever again. PLEASE PLEASE do not use them.
