      I have been banking with Cambridge Savings Bank for over 20 years and they have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Some have been fairly complicated such as doing my banking from abroad for 5 months including bill paying, transferring money to a foreign bank and other types of transactions. They helped me when I wanted to do the transfers myself as well. Their guidance with fairly substantial deposits when I sold my condo was easy, again from abroad. I heartily recommend the bank and this branch in particular for easy and accurate service.

      CSB bankers have lied to me, multiple times. Their managers don't know what they're doing. Their ATMs have software bugs that they know about but have no plans on fixing. This is a terrible, terrible bank. Avoid at all costs!!
