  Excellent Service from Bill and the team! Despite closing time, Bill went the extra mile to arrange a safety deposit box for us at another location when they did not have the size we wanted at this location. Rare service that should not go unrecognized!

  I've been using CSB in Concord for around 10 years and love it there because the staff is very efficient and pretty much stays consistent enough that that they know me and are helpful to my needs.

  I felt very discriminated against due to disabilities. The person at the teller’s window was even encouraging us to go to another bank, instead of staying at Cambridge Savings Bank, which I have used my whole life. Time pressured because they were closing soon and saying the system was going to shut down. Could not do my transaction in time due to my disabilities and time pressure. We left. We live far away from this bank and have stayed because we have been devoted to using Cambridge Savings Bank due to how to dedicated and friendly the other staff members at other branches have been.I am quite upset by this interaction and feel disrespected.
