      This bank is nice and has good presentation. The service at this one has felt a little more dull than other CNB. Still is a great bank though.

      My original loan officer was Scott Shields and Derek Hayes. They were both exceptional loan officers. Once they left Camden National everything went down hill. The communication broke down, it’s almost impossible to get an appointment, the new loan officers are not helpful at all especially to a female small business owner. When I eventually got an appointment with Scott Fernall he never got back to me in any way or form, I was the one who had to call him - that’s amazing customer service...
