      The online experience sucks, it doesn't provide any information whatsoever. Customer service is extremely unhelpful and uninformative, constantly redirecting me to another unhelpful scenario.

      Unable to access my account on line, I did try to call costumer services and all I got is an automatic voice tell me that have 20 callers ahead of me, waiting for 30 minutes and about same numbers of call in front, leave a message with my cell phone and they never call me back, forcing me to wait on the phone for more than 50 minutes.
