  I have been doing business with Campus for many years and their services are outstanding and professional. Anytime I have a problem and that is rare, they have rectified the problem. All of the tellers have served me well each time I go to a Campus Branch. However, my sister Emmisha on 43rd is one of the best. She is personal, professional, warm and seeks to make you feel like a valuable customer. I am indeed a satisfied customer. If you are looking for quality service and to feel safe in the process, consider Campus USA Credit Union.

  The issue I have is that my account gets locked when I put in my password incorrectly 3x, and even if I put it in correctly the 4th time, I still can't get in. And the phone system to reset that is only during business hours. So if I mess up on the weekends or late at night, I have to wait for assistance. Another thing is that this all started because I tried to let my new phone use my finger print instead of my password, and I don't know why but the app freaked out and crashed. Then, even though I called to reset my account and I changed my password, when I attempted to get in this morning it locked me out again. Now waiting for 9am to hit so I can get help. There should be an automated system that verifies who I am and my account information and lets me unlock my account. Beyond this issue, the card control app doesn't work and wouldn't let me in, so I can't use it regardless of what the branch banker said. I can't watch what is charged or see what is pending. I could see what was pending at other banks, and for someone living in this expensive city while attending school with very little money, that is absolutely necessary. It adds an unneeded amount of stress in my life, and considering that it is 2020, with the technology we have, that shouldn't be an issue. Other than that, it's a great place to bank. But if you are paycheck to paycheck or forgetful like me, I would not reccomend this to you until these issues are fixed.
