      I've had my account for years and I am so happy with my experiences here at the Tower Rd branch. Today, I had an excellent banker named Fei who was so courteous, kind, and professional. I accidently overdraft which hardly ever happens to me, and he was so understanding, and helped reverse the charge. I've never had a bad experience dealing with them.

      Because we have been members for 30 years, we have had many positive experiences, but my interaction today with Assistant Manager Ariana Jones was exceptional! She epitomizes the best and brightest of the credit union! She is also a wonderful human being! She deserves the credit union's highest recognition for customer service!
