      We are a small non-profit group of volunteers who ran into financial trouble. We could not afford the printer that we had leased and were not using. CFS ultimately was responsive and handled the situation with grace and flexibility. Thank you.

      BUYER BEWARE-DO NOT DO BUSINESS 5 year old contract stated we had to provide notice between 60 and 120 days before lease end to notify our intent to cancel.. Nobody from Canon or the dealer that handled the lease contacted us prior to the closing of this window. Canon is refusing to offer any option. How surprising that we were not contacted. This is a predatory lease that would not likely stand up in court, but who can afford the fight with them. I REPEAT DO NOT SIGN A CANON COPIER LEASE!!

      One of the worst companies to deal with. They’re a bunch of thieves that will go above and beyond to make sure they don’t help you. My IT company did the contract with them and I wanted to cancel it 3 months in to it. Come to find out I cant pay partial fee of what I used and some sort of cancellation fee. Only way was to pay the full 3 years and can’t cancel. So pretty much had their awful equipment sitting in an empty room while I paid them for all these years. And when I called they said you have to pay a return fee etc….. whatever you do, DO NOT work with this company!
