      Loved this branch/ location. Juan helped me open a business and personal account very quickly and efficiently and explained which type of account we were setting up and why! He really won’t above and beyond. I’m very grateful. This location is a bit further away from where I live, but I wouldn’t mind traveling the extra 15 min or so for the customer service. 5/5 stars

      The branch has become my least favorite. They are not big into serving. Don’t expect anyone to put of there way. All the good people have either left or been promoted. The assistant manger lied to me then when challenged changed what she said. I will make an effort to go out of my way to not use this branch anymore.

      Horrible service!! Tellers are talking non stop and we are waiting and waiting in line and they do not care. When they become available they start doing something else and they still not paying attention to Members waiting in line. After much waiting finally They cash my check and the teller get my money on her hand get up and go and start talking to the other teller with my money on her hand making me wasting my time and the waiting line grew up to 6 people.
