So I moved here from the Res Hall on Campus and I can say the aspects so far have increased dramatically from when I was living in the Res Halls. The rooms are spacious and feel like an actual apartment which is great when compared to the resident hall from before. The water pressure from the shower is still pretty weak but you get an actual shower and bathtub which is great. The place is fully furnished and everything works fine and properly but outlets are a bit hard to use and require much more force but other than that everything else is pretty much great.

Lived here from 2017 to 2020. I had a pretty good experience barring a couple of things. The parking situation is not good, there are not nearly enough parking spots to accommodate the residents, and they don't enforce the parking during the weekends, so whenever there was a soccer game/tournament/event the spots that WE PAY FOR were occupied by these people. I also had to deal with a cricket infestation for a few months. All in all though, I had a nice time.

Hot water runs out in 5 minutes. Put in two work orders and emails to housing but they won't fix it.
