I would not send your kids here, it was very unprofessional and chaotic. I worked here for 3 days and quit and was never paid for my time. I was never trained or even introduced to the kids. I got thrown into the room my first day alone with 15 children 3 and under. I didn’t know their names never seen them before and was just expected to manage them. They put name tags on some of the children to help me as if that was enough. I felt so bad for the children because they deserved more attention and care but that was impossible for only me and that many small children. Had to make sure they all took a nap, if kids were arguing over a too hard to break that up and still focus on the room. They just changed diapers on the floor in front of all the kids no privacy, some tried to use the restroom but you have to go with them but the room can’t be unsupervised. The whole set up didn’t make any sense. The teacher to children ratio is incredibly off.
