Very racist bank teller. Requested invasive personal information from a friend simply depositing money into my account. Refused to proceed with the transaction until obtaining social security number, photo I.d and last employer??? Not okay at all.

I have a credit card here. I closed my debit card because their online system for using it doesn’t even update on your account consistently. Meaning you could buy something & then it shows up randomly. I consistently had negative because of how they were taking out NOT in the order of how I was buying & getting paid. They switched over the system they use for automatic withdraws I had paid my credit card 13 months on time for the last 3 months it was taking out of an account I don’t use. Nobody called until after the 3 months the app kept showing it as paid and when I called they would tell me it’s paid each time. They said essentially there was nothing they could do about it’s affect. Yes I still paid the delinquent 3 months but extremely upset over the impact on my credit.
