No help what so ever. Had a fraudulent charge hit my account for $1200 when I called weeks prior to get the card shut off. Never turned the card off and then I called 4 times to get the NSF fees back and was told 3 times it wouldn’t be an issue. Now being told that they can not do that. A joke. Lied to and no help whatsoever for something they didn’t do when I asked. So now I’m out $120 capcom has and refuses to give back after a mistake they made. Hours on the phone wasted being lied to told it would be fixed and now being told it can not be fixed. Worst bank I’ve dealt with By far.
