      I have accounts and have acquired loans from three other credit unions in the area. My dealings with CAPCOM were by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a financial institution. The loan officer I dealt with was insulting and rude. She made the process difficult from the very beginning. I reached out to the management who were also defensive and rude. Needless to say I will never do business with CAP COM again!

      Gigi is the most miserable representative I have ever come encounter with. Extremely rude and dismissive, I will never come to this credit union again and me and my family are going to move our accounts elsewhere.
