      Useless. 3 years shopping for house. I have 2 letters of pre-qualification. Guy that completed letters dies not return calls! I found house. In contract. But cannot get loan mortgage assistance or appointment. I have called and been hung up on at least fifteen (15) times. I have gone in inperson...and a you get is..we will set up appointment...then I go..and no appointment recognized at location. Then they will have someone call to move forward on mortgage application..but all she wants to do is write ore qualifying letter. Im now to close in 14 days...and nobody at credit union assists or cares. Time to use another company!
