  Kim and her team, Tiffany and Cathy were amazing. They didn't stop until they got me the best scenario to benefit my needs. I am confident that if they couldn't make it work for me they would advise me not go through with it, even if it meant they lost money. They were quick to get me all the paperwork I needed and patient with answering my questions. I am a repeat customer with this team and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone.   Horrible experience!! Stay away from this agency unless you want horrible outcomes and a lot less money in your pocket. Lack of integrity, professionalism, customer service, and results! Stay away.....you have been warned!

  I am responding the same to both of your reviews you left in two different names. We are genuinely sorry your loan did not work out for you, and we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, personal factors to the clients and their loan specifics (EX- Credit scores, funds, manufactured home, gift funds and appraisals) are out of our control. Very specific guidelines have to be met. We did a rapid rescore to help your credit score so you would even qualify for the type of home loan and to attempt to get you a better interest rate. Truthfully, we went above and beyond for you. The appraisal on your manufactured home came in $25k low and the seller was not willing to lower the sales price...this is why your loan did not close. We as a broker cannot legally contact the appraiser directly to argue this. This had NOTHING to do with Cape Coral Mortgage as a company. You were ONLY charged for fees that you signed an authorization to be charged for. After you were so distraught over the minimal fees you authorized, we tried to help you the best we could, so you and your family did not go without. We worked on your file for less than 30 days after you switched from another company claiming the same negative remarks about them. Cape Coral Mortgage takes great pride in our integrity. Even after your false negative comments, we still wish you nothing but the best and hope in the future everything works out for you with a different company.

  The absolute worst experience I have ever had. They are unprofessional, rude, incompetent, and void of any integrity. They managed to upset everyone involved.......buyer, seller, escrow/title agency, insurance agencies, and anyone remotely involved with the process. What they are doing should be illegal and they need held accountable by the state financial regulatory body. We plan on filing complaints with any regulatory agencies that monitor brokerage and lending activities in the state. If I could leave no stars on this review I would.....but it forces at least one. Awful, awful, awful experience.......don't walk, run away from this brokerage firm.
