      My mother bought a car from Capital Auto Finance in January of 2022 and it’s June of 2022, she still did Not receive her license plates. Now she has all these tickets that she has to contest. It took The Secretary of State police to get involved to investigate these circumstance. Beware if I could give NO stars I would.
