      We used this bank for estate account and were NOT impressed with the level of training or knowledge of staff. There were issues with security if account that our CPA uncovered. Staff was unprofessional and not helpful. We certainly have the names of the employees involved but don’t want to blame one individual. This bank certainly gets an F when it comes to risk management and employee training as they acknowledged that they missed ‘ a red flag. Certainly would not recommend this bank for estate or other fiduciary matters. Personally, based on personal observations, employees need much much training especially ..compliance and risk management.
