      We have used Capital City Bank for years, both for our personal and business accounts. The staff is always helpful, professional, and attentive.

      Poor quality service. Missing Cash deposit of $860. This cash deposit was never recorded in the transaction by capital city bank. So essentially they took the money and the deposit slip and never recorded it. Fortunately, I saved the deposit receipt. It took me few phone calls to get this cash deposit recorded and money put back into my account. Capital city bank please don't reply. I don't want some sorry explanation. I am very disappointed in Jonesville Florida, Branch service.
