There is hardly ever enough staff on duty. They lost paperwork that was completed there. Luckily I had copy!

Consistently offers poor customer service. Teller very rude December 17th, she actually called supervisor to complain about the line (there was one person behind me) and requested assistance so she wouldn’t have to think. Later that week when I tried to deposit a check, I was told funds would not be available for 14 days! I expected 3-5 days easy, but 14!!! I really need to close my accounts here, I went to Wells Fargo to cash check and they were delightful! Would never recommend banking here.
