Rude and not helpful at all. I needed help finding out about a check deposited into my account and I was told by the clerk that she was unable to help me and she would have to reach out to Tallahassee for them to further research it. She said this would cost me $20/hr and if I didn’t want to go that route I should keep better records. Funny, because I called Tallahassee and they were able to help me over the phone. I also went by another bank and they were also able to help regarding the same situation.

Could not believe how rude. Betsy was not helpfully what so ever and could careless about trying to be helpful. If you’re looking for a bank, this is not the one. They are rude and their systems are about 10 years outdated.
