      I worked with Josh at Capital City and he made the process very easy. He was easy to reach throughout the process and made it easy to make adjustments when needed. Answered all of my questions and was an all-around friendly person. He got me a great rate and even helped me out when the house price was such that my loan amount wouldn't be enough to qualify so that we could raise the purchase price but get a seller credit. So I paid the same amount with the same down payment but got a better rate.
