Worst experience working with Gary Welch from Capital city home loan. Instead of helping customers, they just do everything in power to make more money. I was working with Gary for locking rate for closing of my home. He kept delaying it saying he cant lock until builder gives date. I even asked him to lock the rate in advance 6 months which he refused to do. There were so many lenders who were giving options to lock the rate well ahead in advance. I lost so much just because my rate lock was delayed by Capital city. At the end i had to switch with another lender who was so helpful. Working with Capital city home was highly unprofessional and i Will never recommend them to anyone in future.

Working with Kim was a breeze. She is such a professional in every sense of the word. She is very knowledgeable and has patience to explain everything that you want to know or don’t know about. She provides great service and will search and find the right mortgage for you and your budget. Also I never got the impression she was trying to push a certain loan on you, but would always give you all the option that are available to you so you can make a sound and clear decision on one of the biggest purchases in your life. We need more people like Kim to help guide us through these financial decisions and in these difficult time, and did I forget to mention she saved me a ton of money.
