      The teller Chase quit literally saved us. We drove 13 hours out of state to putchase a food trailer to start our new business. Our wire transfer from our personal Discover (😡) account didnt process in time. We needed a cashiers check in a pretty large amount to give to the seller. No banks would help us. Chase actually listened to us and contacted his management to figure out a way to help us. Because of Chase we are able to begin our dream of starting our own small business. Thank you so much! **Chase deserves a promotion** We HIGHLY RECOMMEND banking with Capital Credit Union

      No communication with customers. Lots of the Representatives have attitudes when you have questions. We have beenmebers for 10 plus years and recently this bank has gone down hill fast. Might be time to switch.
