I prefer to check on my accounts and transfer funds by phone late at night when I'm paying bills. Their automated phone system has not been working for a few weeks. You are a service business....get it fixed! Also, on a couple occasions I was depositing a check from State of Wi. which confused the teller. Very young and confused teller did not know what to do and felt the need to call someone, as no experienced staff were on hand. It was a simple deposit!

Although we have a terrific training team working with new hires, there are many different systems and situations for employees to encounter and continue learning from. We are appreciative of members' kindness when they are served by a less experienced employee. We have been working with our phone banking vendor to resolve the intermittent issues that have been occurring. Thank you for your patience while we worked on getting that system up and running.

Unsure of who I talk to on the phone about an issue with my debit card on my not working at one location. Told me it was not an issue on there end so it is the machines at the place. This has happened several times and there machines were fine, I watched several people use their card before me. Lady then proceeded to hang up on me. Thanks for no help.
