  I’ve been banking with Capital Credit Union since I was a kid growing up in Bismarck. Their customer service has always been really great, and I’ve always loved going in and chatting with the tellers! Everyone is very personable. 10/10 would recommend!

  I’m Im sorry to write a review because this bank is a good bank. This review is about Andrea at this Veterans office. I had applied for a vehicle loan and she was supposedly the one running my information . After getting my info to run credit check, she called me and asked me about a previous debt. She said she would call me back with a decision and it’s been over a week . I called her office many times and even went to the branch and they said she was out. Still no call or answer. It’s one thing for one person to make an accusation and its another for 5 plus people to make the same “accusation” about the same person. Every review left about Andrea is sadly true. She is unprofessional, careless, and has zero respect for her customers and no courtesy. When i realized she was the one I’d initially spoken to about my loan after reading the reviews months back, I immediately regretted and wanted to have my application transferred to someone else . Instead i gave her the benefit of the doubt and she proved herself to be exactly how customers have said. I don’t know why she’s still working at this bank at all. But she makes CCU look bad and its really a good bank! Shes bad for it. They need to let her go! Even if my application was declined, have the decency and courtesy of o call me and let me know. Not make your job easy and ignore it. I can only imagine her character in privately.. im sure it’s terrible!

  The best bank that does not feel like a bank but more like your neighborhood friendly restaurant where everyone knows your name. Always feel like I'm important person and my kids love coming here to invest in their future! Andrea and staff is top notch above any business in Fargo Moorhead area. We feel great to be members here
