      Downloaded an app, never subscribed to anything. Nothing to cancel, they said well too bad. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So now google gets a free $20 and I get nothing.

      They are stealing my money right out of my account. Calling it inactivity Fee of $5.00 a month even though they give me a penny every month interest.

      Hi Jon, we get it... nobody likes paying fees. Dormant and inactive accounts can be greater targets for fraud, and because dormant/inactive accounts don't receive statements, there's no way for a person to know if they were a victim of fraud until it's too late. We do sent out letters notifying members of an inactive/dormant account so they can reactivate it before they receive the fee. Just because an account is receiving interest, does not mean that it is an active account.
