      I love every interaction that I have with the credit union. Every interaction has been so pleasant and easy to navigate through. From working through a refinance of a home mortgage to taking out a loan for a new vehicle. I especially appreciate Sage answering all of my questions and really making it easy.

      Love the new commercial. It's right, you did have a customer walk in and close his account and walk out. It was me. After my wife lost her card, we reported to you. When I went to withdraw money from the atm over the holiday weekend, the atm took my card. We called, got the after hours service and was told nothing could be done until after the holiday. Fine, understood that. We were left without any access to our money over a holiday weekend when we were going out of town. Found out after the holiday weekend, the rep closed the wrong card, mine, and left my wife's active. No apologies, no other explanation or empathy. Went in and closed the account a week later. No one asked why, offered to fix things or followed up. To me, poor overall service provided the entire time we had our accounts there, this was the final straw. Went to a different credit union, never been happier with them, they care, take care of us. And yes, I am a viking fan, so your commerci is spot on right
