  i have savings account at captail credit union all the ladies are great nice friendy poeple always treat you with a smile and welcome you by your name and with a credit union like captital credit union in oshkosh wis.after being out of the area for 3 yrs now and im back in oshkosh wis again is more likely im will be back with captail credit union again real soon as again thank you for having myseft a part of your family here at capital credit union family members tom protzman.

  First off, I love CCU - this review is based on the service and disrespect from the tellers at this specific location. By far, the most disrespectful experience I’ve had to deal with, with this institution. I had scheduled an appointment to get a number of things dealt with and someone emailed telling me I could just have a teller help with these things so she cancelled my appointment. Fine - no problem. No mention of what I would need prior to coming to. So when I go there to take care of my business, there was an older lady, Mary, who provided this terrible experience, she was rude, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience that they couldn’t actually do the majority of what I came in for, and then before leaving, she tossed me my ID back and the papers I came in with back at me, rather than handing it to me.
