  My wife and I are rather disappointed with their services. We applied for a loan to pay down our credit cards and some other essentials we needed. They would only agree to pay our credit cards. Ok, I get it, our credit scores aren't the greatest so it was fine. However, instead of giving us a loan to our account, they decide we can't be trusted to pay our credit cards on our own and they'll send checks to each of the credit card companies to pay them down. A little annoying considering we have immaculate payment history on our cards, but again fine. It's been a week now since those checks were sent and still none of them have posted to any of our accounts. We took a larger loan to not have to pay minimums but ended up having to pay them anyway. Their response was oh yeah you should probably pay the minimums. If you would have told me that we would have taken a lower loan. Will not be doing business with them again after loan is paid off.

The Representative that you worked with to close the loan did mention that she explained all of this information to both you and your wife, and believed that you understood all of this.   My experience about this place is very bad. I didn’t feel welcomed here when I walked in. My bank teller took forever to just help me opening a bank account and security box. They don’t even have any private rooms for us to put stuffs in security box. I felt super awkward and uncomfortable when they were right there.
