      I’ve honestly always have a great experience with every representative. Today however, was the best experience. Jordan, ID: JTH, honestly helped me create a game plan to get back on track, was very patient with me, helped me see the silver lining and helped me not cry since I thought I was in a super poor position. So, I just wanted to share since I’ve been with them for over 2 years now and haven’t had a bad experience yet!

      Predatory lending at its best! I have an over 700 credit score when I was invited to apply for auto refinancing through this company. I applied and after they learned I was a rideshare driver, they denied my application after a hard inquiry into my credit after they said there would be no impact. Low morals and low standards for a company to judge someone simply because of what they do. My credit and everything else was in place. I will never open a capital one message again

      I am trying to get the COVID relief details for a late fee and I had the most horrible customer with Jovany…. He should get fired ASAP. He won’t understand my question and he let the phone run without giving me answer I try to call and of course it’s him on the other line hanging up my phone call.
