I have always enjoyed visiting the Ocean Avenue/Sheepshead Bay branch. The staff is warm,welcoming, extremely competent and always happy to answer questions and assist the customer. I truly hope they reopen after this Covid is over.

ATM vestibule kept locked at night- even putting the card in the reader doesn’t open the door. Given the dearth of “bankers’ hours” & the fact that most of your customers have to work to put their money in Capital One’s bank, this makes no sense. Also tellers have no idea what to do if you try to cash a check drawn on a Canadian bank. Too bad, because the location is convenient (which is probably why they’re closing it in a few months)
