  This is a great banking center. The staff at this Capital One are helpful and efficient, and there is rarely a long line for banking or loan services. We do our banking in person and online, and the services all around work well. The parking in the area is sufficient, they also have a drive through, and there are good shops in the mall next door if you want to do other errands while doing your banking. All in all, this is a good bank location to use.

  Well....i don't like them...because non account holders like myself, can't deposit cash (rent) to their landlord's account at the drive thru unless we also have an account. But we can if we go inside the bank. Company policy. No exceptions. I have difficulty walking..a lot. It's painful and I have balance issues. I told them. Too bad...policy. so for that reason, I dislike them. A letter to Rich Fairbanks, CEO, is forthcoming. I worked at Capital One at a call center. I loved it. Very customer oriented. We'll see... **** Problem solved. ZELLE ... I don't know if this has changed at all. I have no reason to use them so it doesn't matter to me..

  Drive thru ATM works well, dispenses 20s and 10s and even more (maybe 1s and 100s as well?).
