      This brunch in White Plains close their doors at least 30 min before the schedule time . Brunch manager Darrell talk to customers in a rude tone , highly unprofessional and ugly. I made a call to the district manager to look at the reason for why this brunch consistently. Closes the brunch earlier .

      Be careful they are holding my money on checks that cleared 3 weeks ago and provided documentation checks are legitamit with cecetified letters and they the other bank cashed checks Capital one is holding my money or steeling technically, who knows when i can get my money Filed complaints aganst them its been 3 weeks they are holding on to my money they also locked out my direct deposit that went there had to go to branch and fight to get my direct deposit back to me but the other checks that cleared they are still holding Go somewhere else please don't use capital one Please make a stand against big bank stand with consumer please avoid like the pleauge
