      There’s not an ATM available in over 40 blocks in the UES. And the only one that’s left only opens during office hours and not even during the weekends. What are customers supposed to do? Ride the subway every time we need to do use the ATM?

      Worst service atm only let 5$ bills try to change to 20$ bills but rep doesn’t want to change without Picture id even took out the money from atm in front of agent capital one need to fix their atm machine
