      My husband has banked there for years. He tried to cash a check that someone else wrote him. One of the bank employees had added on an extra 0 to the check when putting it into their system. HE corrected the employee who input the wrong amount. After several days, he went to the bank today to check why the check was on hold. They accused him of fraud and he had to embarrass himself by calling the person who wrote the check to prove to the bank they in fact did write the check to him in the correct amount. What an AWFUL and humiliating experience!

      I opened a capital one 360 checking account about 2 weeks ago online. my card has been shipped for over a week and still has not arrived so I contacted this branch to see if they could make me a card or give me a temporary card I could use in the meantime and was flat out told No they dont do that. Then I decide to try the Mobile deposit and after I do it tells me they are going to put a hold on the check for a minimum of 4 days so I contact them to cancel the deposit and they also refused to do that so I took the check to my bank that is also the issuing bank and cashed it on the spot. Now I have to wait for the check to bounce for them to allow me to close the account since there is a pending deposit they will not cancel. I will never do business with this bank again and if anyone is looking for a great bank that actually provides good customer service and takes care of their customers check out Local credit unions. They have been handeling my personal and business accounts for years with no issues im not sure why I even attempted to open this account with these clowns
