      I went in bank today, and was greeted by a beautiful tall guy, Gerald. He is amazing. Every bank should have a Gerald. He is the sweetest man I've met in banks. He went above, and beyond doing my bank transfer. Most capital employees are very well trained to deal with customers. I love this bank. Security is great with them. Thank you, Capital One.
