      Update: waiting for almost an hour because of an account issue that had nothing to do with me, threatened to close my account of 30+ years if I didn't get some updated information.. all due to their screwy computer systems. I didn't think their customer service could get worse. Years earlier: Looong waits for customer service, computer systems routinely offline. Tons of service charges. Seemingly little to no regard for customers. Simple things seem to take incredibly long. Update: now they're also closed Saturdays. It is outrageous that anybody like this can stay in business with such disregard for their customers
